Nataliya Falevich is a writer and artist whose work lives at the intersection of femininity, power, and embodied awareness.

Her writing does not begin with ideas alone, but with experience, with sensation, memory, and the quieter layers of perception that often go unnoticed but shape how we live, feel, and relate.

Born in Moscow and now based in New York, she has spent years moving between different worlds - education, leadership, motherhood, and creative work - gradually returning to a deeper, more honest form of expression.

Through her writing, she explores what it means to live with awareness, to listen more closely to one’s inner experience, and to navigate the tension between who we are expected to be and what we actually feel.

Her debut novel, Velvet Blade, is an extension of this exploration. It is not only a story but a space where opposing forces - control and instinct, structure and freedom meet and unfold.

Her work invites readers not only to understand, but to feel, to reflect, and to recognize something of themselves within it.
